Yes! There are 24 hours of CE for in-person attendees (and 18 hours of CE for virtual attendees) RACE approved for all 50 states (including NY).

We don't have the bandwidth to provide childcare at this conference but infants are welcome. Pumping/Nursing rooms will be available.

Wonderful! Daytona Beach is a great destination for a family vacation! Although our conference is not designed to include guests, your family is welcome to join you and play in town or at the beach while you learn and recharge! There are many VRBO options and hotels in Daytona Beach. The Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort is located next to our conference hotel and is within walking distance to all conference events. A big chunk of the units are privately owned and can be booked through AirBnB/VRBO. Please be sure to check your terms at booking because our conference is not collaborating directly with this venue. This a great option for those of you brining families (they have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with full kitchens) or for moms who want to stay in pods together.

Currently the "main stage" speakers are all small animal, but we are looking into the option of having break out rooms with large animal CE. So no guarantees, but we are trying our best to be all things for all people. :)

Yes! We understand that you are planning to attend this event 11 months in advance, and life happens! You are welcome to give away or resell (aka transfer) your ticket to another MWADVM if you cannot make it. However, you must alert our team of this change so we can adjust our registration list. (Please email jessica@toegrips.com.)

Conference Registration is $600 plus $99 non-refundable registration fee

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days out from the conference (so through May 1, 2025). After that they are still transferrable, but not refundable because that's when we have to finalize our headcount. All refunds made prior to May 1 will not include the $99 non-refundable service fee. Refundable amount will be $600.

God forbid, but if that would happen, your ticket would automatically convert to virtual. You would receive your CE hours and certificate...and a swag bag full of encouragement would be mailed to your door! Again, due to non-refundable deposits for the event, no refund would be offered for your ticket. Please consider this when deciding whether or not to attend the event in 2025.

God willing, we hope to hold a future Veterinary Encouragement CE by the Sea reunion.
